Wednesday 30th October training session marked the end of an era as Liz Moulam offically handed the Club over to the new commitee. After nearly 10 years as chairman and making Bees one of the most successful and well-funded Boccia Clubs in the country, Liz leaves to embark on a new chapter of her life with her family. We wish them all the best for the future.
Liz was sent off in style with a mini party at the half-term training and was presented with a framed photo signed by many of our players. Liz will be missed by all at the Club and all her effort in establishing the Bees has ensured the club has a very bright and stable future.
I will end this segment with words from Liz Moulam herself:
"Thank you to you all for the lunch, framed photo, token, flowers and cards. The BEEs has been a big part of Moulam family life for nearly 10 years, but with the effort and commitment of the new
committee I know it's in good hands for the next 10 years!!!!"
